I ordered from Chef Howald's website, so did my aunt and cousin. None of us received the product. My aunt wrote a check that was cashed, my cousin's card was charged and my card was charged as well. I emailed asking for a delivery update and received no response. I called and they have a looped message that says to leave a message, but no way to leave a message so I pressed 1, and it let me leave a message. I received no response. I called back the next day and pressed 2 instead and it said Courtney Spellman was the voicemailbox owner and that it was full. I have still not received any update and neither have my cousin or aunt.
