Connected saying he was looking for a housekeeper. Wouldn’t call me, didn’t want me to see the property prior to job, sent me a check for 2850.00, told me to take my pay out a use the rest for supplies. Wanted me to deposit the check. I blocked the number attached to his name, and uninstalled an app that he was reaching out to me on called Google Chat, 772-291-9664, and 770-202-1053, are numbers attached as well.

Same scam as noted; received a "Final Notice" and to "Call Immediately" all attached to what looks like a check, but actually states that it is not a check. The "check" is missing a signature that they scammers want you to sign and deposit into your account. Do not do so!

Got a text from a person stating they wanted me to service a property near me. Did the service and house was vacant. Then I got a check from them ( 2 day overnight) via UPS (not postal service) for $700 more than I charged. Check I received was from a Airport Subway Restaurant and the person texting said her financier made a mistake. Person wanted me to send write a check from my acct and mail it to them asap. Seemed odd, so I took check to local B of A and they said check was bogus.
