Received a call from someone from Forgotten Harvest around 6:30 pm. Wanted me to use my credit card for $12.00 a month for donation. Forgotten Harvest always asks for donations online or through the mail. Never have been asked over phone for donation. I didn't give any money nor any of my personal information but wanted to report it to protect anyone else. Tried to call number back and got busy signal.

Is the Los Angeles Golden Dawn is a pyramid scam cult. They ask for donations and monthly fees but offer nothing in return. This occult organization may have also filed as a non-profit.

Wanted all my info, and pretended to be my neighbor, which she said she didn't text me. His texting made me suspicious, and said he could get me money cause I'm retired.

Wanting to give them money for police, first responders, wont send an invoice. Pretty known scam, just wanted to let you know they contacted me. They asked for a check to send to a post office box in Kansas.

The scammer (Ron Johnson) identified himself as w/ the VFW-NY & conned me into making a donation. My initial offer was $75; but it was submitted to my bank in 3 separate transactions. This person even had another waiting to finish the "donation". I was fortunate enough to get this other person's name & phone number, if needed. When I saw all 3 transactions on my online bank statement, I immediately contacted my bank to dispute all 3 & the bank's associate set up 3 "provisional credits" until the dispute is rectified. I made several attempts to contact the person doing the scamming, but no response. (Their voicemail has a VFW recording.) They need to be held accountable for impersonating the VFW.

Came as an email to contacts in my email from no one..Title: Humble request …asking for Amazon card for leukemia.. reply to email said I left my phone at home…how I believe it started I updated an email for what I thought was my carrier AOL..one of my contacts sent me the email supposedly from me I tried to paste it here but it didn’t work….

locked person into 7 months of food delivery and payment for same food.

Paul shepperson has been operating scams based on alleged charity donations for 40 years. He comes up with different programs that often include vending machines that his company will locate and then the proceeds will be split between the now operator and the charity. However, he charges you the donation fee and never makes the donation. He will use other people who will try to convince you it is not a scam however you will pay him to become a franchisee and then he will disappear with your money. He creates fake documents to legitimize the scam such as fake ScamPulse.com letters or fake agreements with charities.

Got today 10-14-2022 by text on my phone number (verizon)

This website lists a donate button gives a tax id number and gives information about their charity but their tax exemption status was revoked by the IRS in 2020. It states on their website they were last updated in 2022.

Called me i answered with a strong voice. Followed by them hanging up.

I was randomly messaged by this obvious scam.

Male calls me and asks to speak to Freddy. This person has done this in the past with different numbers but with an Alabama area code. I've told him that I don't know this person. Then he talks about the National Police and asks for a donation.I told him NO and that he was a scam.

I live in Texas got a text message stating my phone # was picked as one of 50 people to receive 200,000 dollars from lottery winner Manuel Franco told to contact a guy named Kevin Crommarty at (681) 369-4423

To verify & collect my winnings..

The initial contact was to my cell phone asking for a donation. I said no thank you to the charity request. He contacted me again the next day & I said no, then hung up. He immediately texted "RUDE."

From that day forward, he has continued to use my first name in his voicemails, up to twelve a day, with messages calling himself a scammer, saying how much he enjoys calling, how he will continue to call whenever he feels like it, and other juvenile messages. Obviously this is someone with way too much time on his hands and unable to be a productive citizen.

Three weeks later, he still attempts to fill my voice mail with these messages.

- Sugar Land, TX, USA

This number claimed to come from Dallas, but it is actually a number from South Carolina. They said they were a charity, and asked yes or no questions. The caller seemed robotic and I knew right away it was a scam. Avoid this caller.

(NOTE: TELLING YOU TO PAY FOR ANY DELIVERY OR COURIER CHARGE, THAT IS ALL NOTHING BUT LIES, I REPEAT THE ONLY MONEY YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AND WHICH I ALSO PAID

IS $300.00 FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE/ ENDORSEMENT CHARGE AS IMPOSED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND YOUR PACKAGE CONTAINING YOUR CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT CHECK WILL BE

REACHING YOU THROUGH THE ROOLEY SECURITY DELIVERING AGENT. )

This is the Scam: I advise you to contact Sir Fred W Gary so that he can help you to Deliver your fund instead of dealing with those liars that will be turning you around asking for different kind of money to complete your transaction.

Here is his email ([email protected])
