Jose Ibarra presented himself as a mason with Ibarra construction. While Ibarra construction is a legitimate company, he is not truly affiliated with them. He was hired to redo our driveway and the pavement as the older cement was sloped toward the house and the water was affecting the foundation. He completed the project last week. We paid along the way using Zelle and also paid the companies he used (ie concrete pouring truck). We quickly realized that there was no drain work done. After a rain incident this weekend the whole area around the house became flooded. There was no water draining at all. We hired someone to come and drain the area and he showed us that bot only was there no slope for the drainage, the pipes underground were not connected . He showed us how when water was poured into a drain, it went underground and up the drain instead of flowing to the drainage. See attached photos and video.

Obviously we tried to call but he has disappeared and not answering the phone . When we called the general company of Ibarra construction we were told they never heard of him.
