I set up a PLLC as a mental health clinical counselor and shortly after two weeks I received what looked to be an official form declaring in bold lettering LABOR LAW POSTER REQUIREMENT NOTICE. The form listed first the State: MN, which made it feel official to the state, but it also had a line that stated STATE & FEDERAL COMPLIANCE POSTER AND REQUIRED PAMPHLETS SET INCLUDES: Compliant 2027 Updated State Poster - National Labor Relations Act - Unemployment Insurance - State Disability Insurance - Sexual harassment sheets - Workers' Compensation Rights and Benefits.

At the very bottom of the bill, in tiny letters: CFSD is a non-government publisher of copyrighted compliance poster compilations...etc...

So, why then send a sales packet that looks like a bill for Federal and State requirements?

The address on the mailing envelope leads to a UPS authorized shipping outlet, and the return envelope leads to an address labeled: AACS P.O. Box 840208 Pembroke Pines, FL 33084-9800
