I purchased 2 sets of shirts and shorts. Said it was delivered. Went to customer service chat. They gave me another tracking number and again it said delivered. Yet I didn't get anything.

Placed order on their website. Received tracking number and said delivered but i never received products. They supposedly shipped again. Expedited. Never received products. They agreeed to refund. Never received refund.

I was on my phone, and an ad showed up from Cexila. They have the set of 8 top-bottom sets, and I had paid for it on May 26th. They said it would be here within 3-5 business days, it was supposed to ship from a warehouse here in the states. The next day I got a tracking number but it was shipping from China it had a CTTY tracking number. It says on the tracking page my package has been in transit for 28 days.
