While looking for a new or used telehandler for my construction business I saw a listing ad on Facebook marketplace for one I was very interested in looking at and potentially purchasing. So, I contacted the number on the listing to which I spoke to a man that went by the name “Ronald Keem” and he was talking to me about the machine. Although he seemed kind of hard to understand over the phone and had a foreign accent the deal seemed legitimate. Until further thinking about it and discussing it with my partner, there were some potential concerns and red flags. He offered to send the machine to me free of charge and all tax was included. He told me I could come look at it, but I live all the way in Nebraska and Marin, ND is far away for me to just drive there. He sent me a video of the machine running also. He keeps sending me messages asking me if I am still interested and wants to close the deal today. He wants me to wire money to this account called “Alanidis Cargo LLC” account #************ Routing# ********* Bank of America
