I bought a image scanning device. It was suppose to take 7-10 days to arrive. It took 3 weeks to get something from the company in the mail which were ear muffs. When I contacted the company I had to send 5 emails to them before a someone responded saying that it was the shippers fault and in order for me to get what I actually purchased I’d have to first send the ear muffs back or I could just keep the ear muffs and get a 40% refund.

I accepted the 40% refund option but have yet to hear back from this company or see a refund in my account for the 40%.

I saw an ad on FB and ordered the engraver shown. All indications stated that it would be received within 15 days. It was well over 15 days and the tracking kept indicating it was out for delivery. It also switched to Chinese ... and instead of an engraver, what I received was a package of ear muffs. After looking at the FB page directly on this site, I learned that I was not the only one scammed! I have tried to contact the company, but it has gone without response. The address on the website states it is Meledo Company in the United Kingdom, Great London.
