We acknowledge the receipt of your signed offer letter. We cannot wait to commence your training/onboarding program once your supplies have been delivered and installed. The check to pay for the equipment delivery for your workspace will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.
Previously, the company makes the purchase of the materials for our employees but due to logistics delay and repeated errors which affected delivery timelines in the past by the vendor, the Management decided that all new employees make the purchase of the materials from the company's accredited vendors while the company provides the funds that would be used for the purchase. If you are able to work for the company for a period of 12-16 weeks, the materials automatically become yours and your name has to be on the receipt of purchase to show that you made the order from the vendor.
Please note, the management of CELERENS deems it fit to conduct our job interview/briefing process via email and instant messaging so as to determine an applicant's writing, typing, communication, and timing skills since communication and timing are an integral part of the Operations Manager position.
In conclusion, you will be required to visit any of our local designated offices near you for an official meeting at a later time. The date and time for this meeting will be communicated to you. During the first meeting, you can expect to give a general outline of what other service(s) you are capable of rendering to the company.
