I recently opened a small online business and I went to Celebian to purchase some followers and likes. As the days went by I gained a bigger following with my own followers and received likes. Every time I would post a new video they would email me and say we noticed you just posted a video would you like to purchase likes and I would say no every time. Eventually they stopped emailing me but instead try to punish me by removing all of their followers and their likes that I purchased. At first they denied it but I started doing screen recordings on my phone so I can keep track. I sent them the screen recordings and screenshots so then they said they will look into it. They emailed me back and said that only 300 likes had dropped and that they will replace them. I showed them proof that over 2000 Of their likes had disappeared and they denied it. Their company automatically sends you a report at the end of the week and shows you if you’re following is going up and if your likes are going down. They sent me a report that showed that I lost almost 900 likes, it would have been more but I had gained my own following so it only showed about 900 decreased. I took a screenshot of their email and I sent it to her and I said explain this your company just sent me this. She got mad and didn’t have an answer for me. And within a few minutes she took away another 300 likes. I emailed her again this morning and I took a screenshot last night of how many followers and likes I had and what I have this morning. And they just keep replying back a smiley face and saying to let them know if I want to purchase more followers and likes. They think that this is a joke and it’s funny. I asked them for a full refund and told them that they could take back the rest of their likes and followers since half of them are already gone and they are ignoring me. I found multiple reviews online of people complaining about this company saying that the same thing happened to them you buy followers and likes and they slowly take them away from you and try to get you to buy more and if you say no to them they start removing them hundreds and hundreds at a time. I’m not sure where this company is located but it should be shut down they are having you pay for a service and then they take it back.
