I had no idea about this charge. Customer service of TSYS told me I was informed through my statement. I had no idea I got statements- this merchant account was merged from my therapy appointment electronic medical record system.
Upon being told I had an account they had to reset password and give me my user ID of which I had no knowledge of establishing. Upon opening the account I saw that with out my approval or consent a senior sale rep George Margroitis who I had briefly spoken to via email about to how get my merchant account set up initially but not to set up this account. Was registered in my account as a business user with password!! This is a total violation of my privacy, and business information. Upon further research I also see this company in the past has been sued for the same practices.
