i applied for a loan on Aug 29th, 2023. Later that evening I got an email letting me know I was denied the loan. Meanwhile on the 29th, 30th, Carvana took my deposit. When I found out about it on the 1st of Sept, it was to late to call my bank. I called Carvana and all they could say was we are sorry, wait 5-7 days.....I called again on Sat the 2nd, same thing. I am still waiting to get my money back from them and have asked my bank to process a fraud claim. How can they legally take my money and hold it for more than 7 days??? Imagine them doing this to 1000 people, which I am sure they have.....that is alot of money in interest they are making. CROOKS.

Thank you for your help, assistance or just getting CARVANA's name out there as crooks. This is 100% wrong!
