I ordered clothes, what seemed like a good deal on TikTok. Never received them. The tracking number I was provided, said delivered. Their “Customer service”, said they were going to reship clothes at no cost, hasn’t happened. It’s really not about the money, it’s just not right what these scammers are doing.

Saw ad on TikTok for 12 shirts $24 purchased, after 15 days reached out since I had not received items, they said they would comp me 20% and should receive shirts soon, never received the 20% discount, finally after 30 days received update on tracking on 5/13/2026 @ 5:15am that the items were delivered on 5/13/2026 @ 18:50, not sure how something can be delivered in the future. Emailed them stating items were not received they said to check with neighbors, my sister in law also purchased these and she received the same email items were delivered but never received, initially offered me 60% refund, said that is not acceptable, then said 90% said, not this is a scam I want 100% refund, they claimed they are going to issue a refund but it can take 15-30 days to process, I've filed a fraudulent claim with my bank, but not sure if I will get my money back.
