I clicked on an ad on Facebook for a Carharrt Rain Jacket and purchased it. I began to suspect a scam when I received multiple tracking updates simultaneously. It finally arrived yesterday and the return address on the package said “Jane” and a New Jersey address. The jacket is counterfeit and terrible quality. They are using the real Carharrt name and logo on their products and website. They claim to have free returns within 30 days, but I’ve been emailing back and forth with who I assume is a bot and they will not give me an address to return it for a refund.
