7 day return policy

This watch is advertised to last a life time. Yet it did not last another before the bluethooth stop connecting and stopped charging. I contact the company via their email. They told me I am not entitled to replacement or refund because I recieved it more then 7day from shipping date. Refund is only honored with in 7days of receiving it. How ridiculous is that.? Don't waste your money.

Sent watch back for refund

The watch is junk and sent it back for a refund. They sent me a return label and sent it back. Then was told i wasnt eligible for a refund. Then they sent me another watch. They are a scam and [censored]es.

Return not refunded

Purchased a watch, tried to cancel before it shipped. They claimed it had already processed and I could return when I received it. Asked for return label upon receipt, they tried to offer me multiple deals to get me to keep the watch. I insisted on a return. They received the watch 2 weeks ago and still no money back.

Carbinox--SCAMMERS

Bought a watch from them for $80. It worked for about 2 days then died. Send it back, and they repeatedly told me they would issue a credit. That was 2 months ago and no credit has issued. Avoid at all costs!

Customer service / Support phone number

I have sent other messages and emails concerning my smart watch. I find it difficult that there is not a customer service or support phone number to contact. I am having issues keeping my watch connected to my phone. It would be great to hear from someone live or at least receive some kind of response. This is a bit disappointing because I have high hopes for this smart watch. I am in need of some assistance. Thank you

DO NOT BUY!

The watch came fully charged and when the watch died at DAY 10 ( NOT 14 DAYS...no worries)

I went to charge it before I went to bed. I woke up and the watch was still dead. After analyzing the charger, I found that there are 2 pins that connect to the back of the watch. One pin is completely missing. Mind you, the charger was still in the box wrapped in its bag. I then emailed them to ask for a new charger, not a new watch, just the charger. They said they refuse to replace anything since it's been over 7 days while still claiming they have the best battery life for smartwatches. RED FLAGS!

SIDE NOTE - The watch is absolute garbage...it has a 1989 OS with a font to match ... I can't believe the fake reviews posted for this product are still online for others to be suckered into this horrible company!

I am now dealing with BS Affirm to get my money back, this is the worst company in history (besides Enron)

I cant believe they refused to send me a working charger after the emails and photos of the faulty charger... sorry if i didn't have complete sentences... I. Am. MF. LIVID!

It's only been a little over a week with multiple reaching out because it should have been here between 3 to 5 days, especially since it's was suppose to ship from Texas and im in Texas. Every time I reached out automated response. No service number. Will be disputing this to my bank.

I ordered the overpriced watch from Carbonox Co. As well. I didn't know that the same watch was available for $40 less on various other websites. Status is still "Unfulfilled," and there is no way to contact customer service, other than Email. Still have yet to receive a response. I'm sure this is a scam company, and sure I dont know the next steps to take to have them shut down.

I ordered a watch from this company after seeing it on Instagram and accidentally ordered a limited edition army green watch with it. Two weeks later beyond the 7-12 day delivery time they said it was delivered but I never got the packages. However I thought it was a good watch and I really wanted it. I sent numerous emails to them explaining the problem and they told me it's the delivery company's problem. I filed complaints and nothing came out of it. After all this I still wanted this watch so I ordered it again and it came within the 7-12 day period. Upon opening it I was underwhelmed with the quality as it was not what I was expecting. It looked like a knock off of what I saw as it's material was very cheap and light making me question it's durability. What made it worse was that the biometrics sensor on it that tests your heart rate, sleep cycle, blood pressure and blood sugar never worked one second in my possession. I emailed the company about it and received no response.

Do not buy this watch! It's not worth the $75.00!

I bought the watch for my son in July 2021. Everything worked good for about 3 weeks. The screen started started messing up, then the apps started to fail. I emailed them about the issue and they said I was out of warranty time. I responded with a quote from their website and they said I could "request" a refund. The watch ran out of battery, so my sone recharged it and it seemed to work fine. I notified the company that it worked fine. Now, a month and half into the purchase (which is outside of their refund time), it is not working again.

Bought my watch and it also took 3 weeks to get to me..everything was good for about 2 weeks then the screen started fig
iting for no reason..I emailed them about the issue they said to send a vid describing the problem..it randomly started working again..and then another couple weeks go buy..now it won't hold a charge for more than a day..and I also can't access any of the apps available on the watch..sent them a vid and told me I was past to refund date.. didn't even try to work with me on trying to fix it or send a new one. What a horrible company.dont ever buy these piece of crap watches..it is a scam..their website is also Bull[censored]..nothing but 5 star reviews? It's a [censored]ing scam! I hope they become bankrupt..

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

After seeing an add on Facebook, I researched the company website above. Everything seemed correct and legitimate. Order was placed. According to their website, orders normally take 7-12 days. After numerous attempts to contact the company other than through email I received 3 responses ensuring me my order was on the way. On the 22nd day since ordering, my watch arrived. Opened the package, is a counterfeit product that is sold on Amazon for $40 cheaper. The screen is also de laminating. I went onto the company website to request a refund. Send the correct information to the email listed for refunds and I received, almost immediately, a blocked message email saying that my address is blocked in their server. I have no way of contacting the company at this point and I have lost money on this product.
