Will not respond and watch isn't great

bought the watch in May 2023. received it about a week ago (today is memorial day). way too sensitive. didn't even walk maybe 1000 steps one day and it counted everything I did by using a Sawzall, running a skidloader, and other heavy equipment. and on top of it all, the company will not respond to any of the emails. glad I didn't pay for the $25 insurance on top of the watch itself. I attached a picture of the website of the exact one I bought.

The speaker is a plus from the titan. Battery doesn't last near what they boast. This weekend I left with a full charge and it was dead ln the morning. And I checked the time on it 4 times I remember... use my phone for time wanted to try watches again...

I bought the watch and has worked as described, not being payed to say this... but my experience has been great and I put it to the test, ran it over with a tractor, glass of water for 5 minutes and put a hammer to it and threw it high in the air and it landed on cement and looks brand new
I charge it every 3 weeks... so far so good and I bought the watch 2 and a half months ago

CARBINOX SPACECRAFTER WATCH - DEFECTIVE

I purchased the carbinox spacecrafter watch during the labor day holiday and used their coupon to get a discount on the watch. The watch was mailed to me on time and all was well. After the first 30 days, I noticed that the watch was starting to act up. It would turn off and would give me a hard time to turn back on. Happened a few times but then it worked fine. Fast forward to a few days ago, the watch completely stopped working. I contacted carbinox about the issue and they told me buy another watch and that you only get 30 days of warranty. My watch only lasted 3 months - complete rip off.

Carbinox refuses to help me with my issue and basically said buy another watch.

My watch lasted less than 24 hours. After finally receiving an email back from them several days later, I returned the watch as they said to. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for my replacement watch. Now I can't even get a reply from the company. I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to buy the watch. Lesson learned! Carbinox is nothing but a scam taking people's hard earned money

Ordered a catbinox watch. Saw the videos on face book. Looked like a good watch. I'm a tech, figured it would hold up. Less than 90 days and watch is garbage. Went to sleep worked fine. Woke up dead, put it on the charger, charge lights on the backlight up. Nothing on the screen leave it charge all day and night, nothing, dead as dead can be. Emailed carbinox offered me 50% off. I declined, said I want to know what happened. A company that advertised an almost indestructible smartwatch. To crap out less than 3 months. No, thanks, just want to fix the one I have. I offered to send it back, so they could do r&r to figure out what happened, to help improve their product. Nothing from them. Said try different charging ports. Then offered another 50% off code. Seriously stand by your c[censored] [censored] product.

I have been a iPhone user for years. Finally Decide to switch to Android. My friend suggested this, I ordered one and received it and found that vibrator is very weak! Can't even feel any vibrate when get a text. So I sent an email to request a replacement or upgrade to Titans to pay the difference. Haven't heard from them 4 days later, sent an email wanting a refund. Still not heard from them YET! This is a scam where they sell those watch as fast as possible to make a profit with VERY LIMITED CONTACT INFO! one is Email and other is facebook page. but still no response from them.. Folks, Before you buy anything from a website, research about them first and see if all good reviews and etc, more importantly. Make sure they have a customer service phone number! and google the number to confirm it. Dang it!

Terrible Customer Service And GPS Is Off

I have been trying to reach the customer service, but they sent me two messages on Instagram and that's it, I did all I need to for a return, but nothing. And I bought this watch to use for gps but it is way off. Spend a little more money for a better watch.

Please please do not purchase this over priced junk watch. My watch worked for two days and than stopped charging file a complaint within the warrant service date. I was told there was nothing they could do besides giving me 25% off future purchases. This company is selling cheaply made watches that don't work and they are aware their product is junk are else they would not have strict warranty policies. They only are interested in your money. Please don't purchase this product ? ?

Jumped through all their hoops returned exactly back in the package with all the protective coatings within 24 hours notifying email and it's been almost a month, still no refund

Broke after 36 days

Bought this watch thinking it was the greatest thing . had it on and noticed it didn't turn on when i turned my wrist . thought the battery must have died . charged up the battery all night and to my surprise won't turn on. Read up that they only warranty there product for 14 days ? talk about poor customer service.

Watch cannot even be used as a paperweight

I bought a watch from Carbinox on 3/25/2022. It took 4 weeks to arrive and within 5 weeks of receiving it, the watch would not charge, would not hold a charge and the back of the watch was extremely hot and could not be worn. I contacted Carbinox and requested a refund. I was told by Carbinox that there was only a 14 day warranty (took 4 weeks for me to receive watch). I again requested a refund after telling them I didn't receive watch until after warranty had expired, Carbinox blew me off! I was offered nothing more than a 25% discount on purchase of new Carbinox watch. I asked Carbinox why in the heck would I want a discount on another piece of junk when the one I have already cannot even use as a paperweight, because the watch back is so hot it would probably cause a fire! What a horrible Company! Carbinox products are junk and their customer service rates an F minus!

Purchased a spacecrafter watch and it failed in a months time and all they offer is $25 off if I just paid for another one. It is an absolute scam. Won't answer the phone and can only contact by email.

I purchased the watch after seeing it on Facebook. I used the Affirm app to make the purchase. After several days of no communication regarding a tracking number, I cancelled the order. I received an email from the company acknowledging the cancelation. I then began receiving notices of payments from Affirm. I spoke with their customer service rep and forwarded all emails regarding the cancelation. Affirm rep stated they would take care of it with Carbinox. On March 15th I received notice that the product had shipped despite the cancelation. I again contacted Carbinox and reminded them that I had cancelled the order. I asked for a prepaid shipping label to return the product. Four days later I received a email stating the I had to return the product within 7 business days or I would not received a refund. There was no prepaid shipping label included in the email. The email read as follows "Good Morning Brett,

Hello, thanks for reaching out. With that being said, I'll process your return request now. Please keep in mind that you need to return the product within 24- 48 hours using the pre-paid return label we will send to your e-mail address. The watch must be in the same conditions as received (new). If something doesn't match these requirements, we'll be forced to charge you a fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.

The area in charge will be sending the label; please let us know when you ship the product back to our offices to provide you with the refund to your account. Thank you!

Given that they haven't done anything that I have asked and the situation as it stands, I don't expect to get any of my initial payment back. Small price for a lesson learned I guess. My advice...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE CLOSEST THING TO A FLAT OUT SCAM THAT I CAN IMAGINE.

Disappointing

Was very interested by this watch because of the blood pressure function.
I tested it by checking my bp with a cuff. It was so far off it was silly. I can understand that the watch is not a medical devise and should not be used in a life or death situation but you might expect it to be in the ball park. Next, the watch is supposed to be water proof (they even list the military spec). However, when I wear it in the shower the menus change when the water hits it. When I got out of the shower the face had changed, and music was playing on my phone on the nightstand. Seriously my wife was not impressed when Adel started playing at 5:00am. Lastly, the watch just randomly tells me I have an incoming call from someone I spoke to days ago. When I check the phone there is no call, nor was there.

THE WATCH IS HORRIBLE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE

When I received the watch it would not pair with my Iphone. I sent them an e-mail to Carbinox .I could not get them on the phone. They finally replied via e-mail to say that I could not return the watch because the time to return for full refund had expired. The offered me a new watch at 1/2 price or a 1/2 price refund. The company is a TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD. WHY WOULD I EVER WANT ANOTHER GARBAGE WATCH FROM THEM AT HALF PRICE.

Do not buy

Bought the army special watch on Feb 1st. Got it on Feb 14th. Cheap watch at best and requested an Ra to return it. Git jerked around by emails and finally got one. They have had the watch back for 2 weeks and still no money back. Ill be contacting the BBB and going further with this company. Total garbage watch and company. 79 bucks but I will put reviews whereever I can

My watch face cracked a little over a week after I got it. It cracked from a very light bump. Carbonix will not return my emails. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
