I placed the order for car seat covers on 6/22/2026 at which time my credit card was charged for the $197.94 amount. On 7/8/26 I had not received product so I emailed them and received a message that same day from Frances Quigley stating the order was being prepared. On 7/22/26 I still had not received the order and sent another email. Again, I received an email back, this time from "Customer Service Champion" stating they would be checking the status of my order. A second email to me on 7/22/26 from Samantha at Premier Trust Store saying the order is being prepared. Order # WCPT-SL4192. Today is now August 13, 2026 and I have yet to receive the order that has been charged to my credit card. I find no phone number or address to contact them.

Get this website down as it's a scam. I purchased an item and received confirmation, but my item was never shipped. They refuse to reply to inquiries. There is no phone number available for assistance.
