This scammer first messaged me and told me I needed to sign up for google hangouts in order to proceed with the hiring process. I took the steps they asked me to and got the job. They then asked for my address to send me a check in order to purchase equipment to proceed with purchasing items they required. At that point, I was getting doubtful and researched their corporation and read other people’s stories who were put through the same thing I was.
