disability benefits

. i already applied for disability tax credit , and for my disability pension.. out in the blue i got a phone call from this association that i applied with them? she worded it as well get u as much as helped and money you can with your disabilitty.. and i was asked for pre authorized banking and stuff. sure i fell for it, i did give them what was asked. i wasnt really paying attention not realizing is the right word- they sent a medical form and report to my doctor- whats wierd was my birthdate was wrong 1950s. again wont know about it tilll the clinic called- that they sent a request... my mistake was i fell for it and give them info i shouldnt.. one day after CRA mentioned i authorized them into my CRA account which i didnt. .. this are all red flags... i ask the CRA to take it out.. im sure they are there to help but saying i gave them consent that i dont remember i did is a NO NO. and yes they will take some of your money as for helping you. sure this are for those people that dont know what to do.

This [censored] scammers act like they helping people and pretend that theyre part of the government that helps people with disability which is in the end they show the true color by having a relatives info and send a documents that if you did not read will surely fall in to their trap by taking 1/3 of all of the benefits you are entitled. [censored] off [censored]. You deserve to rot in jail mother[censored]ers!

They wanted me to sign this application in two places but I never signed it. I never finished the application. Two days later I got a email from DOV HERMAN he insisted that I complete the application on esigngenie but I deleted the email
