A female named Tony called me several times to ask to sponsor a local High school football team (MacHigh). I was told that I would be advertised at every game as a sponsor, there would be t-shirt given out with my businesses QR code, I would have access to Geo-Fencing data. I would be shown on team social Media on game day. They called back and asked if I would be a sponsor for OCT breast cancer awareness month with more shirts that would be handed out with the gun during the game, which I agreed too. When I called them to get access to the dashboard for the geo-fencing, they just sent me something with unrealistic numbers of people that had our ads put on their phones. I just found out that in fact my business is NOT a sponsor and it was all a scam. The Marketing officer for the school district confirmed this.
