I called Comcast and was told they needed to call me back. It was so they were off the business phone from recording and on their personal phone. They needed money from me to cancel my phone service, since I still had their router. I did not want to give me cc over the phone, so they texted me links to pay. I felt very uncomfortable doing this, once I entered my debit card info in....it declined the transaction and I immediately had a text message from my bank telling me it was fraud.
