I tried purchasing an electric bike as I need it for transportation. I seen the price and already felt like it was too good to be true. But I seen it said Costco as the website I just took the risk. Once I seen they said the person has to accept it from PayPal when I pay with a debit card, I knew scam. Their email for the PayPal receipt was different from their contact email.
