I was on TikTok and seen video about 2 swivel chairs and table for $39.99 clicked on the link and it took me to a website I looked at it then went to the what seemed to be real Hooma and it stated it was the same product I seen on TikTok so i ordered it got a order confirmation number and then email stating it was being shipped by DHL and I could track it with that order number. The delivery kept coming up with multiple issues so I emailed the support team at [email protected] got a response from a James multiple times. Then I get that its been delivered and it was not and emailed them again about it and no response has been sent from them.

Bought the HOOMA cloud sofa and was told it would be delivered within a few days, then weeks later checked my order number (was never given a tracking number) and it said the package was attempted to be delivered 3 times, then the truck broke down, then the depot had issues, then it said delivered and never was
