I ordered two (2) packages of plant seeds from buyingseed.com . After more than a month, I received one (1) crappy, disposable shower cap with an enclosed small strip of paper that stated the plants names. Yeah, they hand cut a small strip of paper containing ONLY the names of the items, rolled it up with a crappy shower cap, and sent it.
This was supposed to be coming from China, but the return address on the package was from an individual rather than business name: Hou Henzheng. The address,, 1200 Worldwide Blvd. Hebron, KY 41048. That address is a large industrial business complex in Kentucky. Also, on the shipping label itself, there was a P.O box number out of Denver, Colorado. Neither should have taken over a month!
After I received the shower cap I was looking for the company customer service and ended up finding reviews about others receiving random items like I did. I also read that when customers did receive seeds, they wouldn't grow and the ones that did weren't the seeds they had purchased. I also looked for those specific seeds from reputable sources and learned that buyingseed has to be using photoshop and/or enhancing colors on their website.
I filed a fraud charge with my bank and almost immediately got an email response from their customer service. Wow, right? They were eagerly awaiting my reply, in which they asked me to *specifically* describe the damage to the received item(s) and send them *precise* pictures of the. packaging, shipping label, and any damages. I'm glad something told my to take those things out of the trash and take pictures! I will be pleasantly surprised if I ever get mu money back.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!
