I watched the video which looked SO REAL. I ordered the 6 bottle set for $294. The money left my account almost immediately, less than 24hrs.

I am a waitress & don’t have much money. It was stupid on my part to spend the money & believe something so easy.

I learned a big lesson, but, I would LOVE TO GET MY MONEY BACK! I DONT SEE THAT HAPPENING.

I should’ve known because it sounded too good to be true. The person doing the advertising was scamming as a medical professional. Made to believe it was really something natural and healthy to take off weight. I never saw their ad again once I ordered. I should’ve realized it was a scam when it was out of Florida and the person doing the talking looked like AI was moving her mouth.

They said things that were not right. I cancel the order in less than i hour on July 27th, 2026. They said they cancelled now have said they were unable to stop shipment. Product to arrive Aug 10, 2026. They credited my account $271.50. When I called they said it was all credited. I have made numerous requests to fix this. They say my account was credited and the credit card says not so. Original amt 752.10, with what credit they gave they still need to credit my card $480.60. Where do I go from here?

Purchased their product slim tide. 6 bottles for 294.00 after purchase I received a phone call asking me if I had just purchased their product and wanted me to repeat the information I had provided originally. I felt he was trying to scam me into providing my credit card number so I hung up. Looked to see that the order I placed was changed to my credit card. They had charged me twice for the same order. I called the bank had them remove the second charge. I then found out the product was a scam. I sent back the six bottles, they received back the product, verified by the tracking number. It has been over a month since they received their product back and I get only a run around as to when I will receive my money back. I am not giving up, I will pursue getting my money back.
