Report

Three things -

Advertised as local to Burke, VA - technicians showed up from Maryland in an unmarked vehicle.

Quoted one price over the phone for a "Deep Clean" at $189. Told in-person by the technician that a "Deep Clean" would be $40 dollars more. Bait and switch techniques. Other Google reviews mention this, so it's not their first time.

My couch smells worse today then before the cleaning. They didn't deep clean or deodorize, it smells like they used old musty water to clean my couch.

Don't get scammed by this disingenuous business.
