Ordered 2 authentic Labubu doll. After a month, received really bad fake dolls. Website is no longer online and email bounced back.

Website lists a specific toy, Labubu for sale, after ordering I did further research and found they sell counterfeit Labubus. I reached out multiple times to cancel my order only to be receive a response saying I couldn’t cancel since they’ve already shipped. I’ve gotten 3 different shipping information emails with different tracking and today was notified that it was “delivered” 3 days ago. I never received it. I believe they’re preying on people, never shipping a product and then the customer isn’t able to even return it because they never sent it.
