Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

This company sent me the incorrect size of the product. I used their size chart but when I received it, it was way too big. Their 24/7 phone number is disconnected. So I sent an email to receive instructions per their website on how to return the item. First I got a email saying send a picture of the product and the label on the packaging. I did and then got another email asking me to send a picture of the label showing the size, a picture of how I got my measurements so they could compare the sizing chart on their site. Then they sent an email saying per their policy (which wasn’t out on their site) they don’t do returns on sizing issues. That I selected the right size per their chart so I will not get a refund but offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. What a joke. DO NOT order from this company it’s a scam!
