On a Facebook group Oldsmobile 98s and delts 88s I was trying to order a rear bumper for my car from a guy named Bruce Johnson. Everything started off on the up and up, he sent pictures of everything. But the shipping company he used is where the scam really took off. He mentioned that there would be an insurance fee and there was, but once that fee was paid everything should have been processed and I should have received my package. What happened was the shipping company kept adding different fees throughout the process. Everything from customs to a value added tax. Everything was supposed to be refunded upon delivery. There are no customs fees for packages shipped within the United States.
