Debt collector threatened to sue and charged wrong amount
A couple of months later, I asked them for documentation of the debt, and they said that "it doesn't work like that." I found documents about that account, but they still will not provide any documentation, so I stopped the payments. They do not answer the emails I sent them asking for proof. Right now, my mental health is not in the right place because of this issue.
The debt I thought it was discharged with the bankruptcy because they never contacted me. And so far the debt is not 3321.
So they are trying to charge me a wrong amount. Have zero regards for the proper procedure and lie.
