Ordered a “BreezeMax Room Air Conditioner” what came was a desk top fan. I emailed them, asked for a refund they said send it and we will issue it. It’s been 2 wks I sent it back at my own cost, and I’ve been speaking with a “rep” I want my money back and they just ignore me
