Type of a scam: Online Purchase

Fraud and duplicate product received

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint concerning an order I placed on Brandstich.com. On **5 August 2025**, I ordered a perfume (order details enclosed). However:

1. The perfume I received was not what I ordered.
2. Upon raising the issue with the seller, I was blocked from all channels of communication and have received no response since.
3. It has become clear that I have been a victim of a scam.

I request your immediate intervention to:
- Initiate a chargeback or refund via my payment method,
- And assist me in recovering my money, since the seller has failed to deliver the product as advertised and has become unresponsive.

Attached are copies of my order confirmation, payment receipt, and any communication exchanged.

Did not get same product

We’re extremely disappointed with our recent order. We had placed an order for 2 bags from your website, expecting to receive the products exactly as shown and described. However, what we received are 2 extremely cheap-looking, low-quality bags that look nothing like the pictures or the descriptions provided online.
