I ordered a nurse practitioner study guide through a company called Bracos March of 2026 after seeing an Instagram ad. After purchasing it with my debit card, the receipt showed the purchase of the book and under that, vizoya rewards which said, "free." It took 3 months to get the book (from China), which was garbage and then recently while checking my bank statement, I saw 2 months of $50 withdrawals by vizoya rewards. I immediately went to the vizoya website, but since I never created an account with them, there was no way to log in and cancel the subscription. I called my bank and reported it to the fraud department and also had to be issued a new debit card. On the vizoya website, I sent a message stating that I had never signed up for a subscription with them and to delete the account they had fraudulently opened. I received an email back from someone named John Maynard Cabrera stating that he deleted my account then had the nerve to offer me a discount on using their services. This is such a scam!
