I ordered underwear boxer briefs from boxhero-us.com on 5/31/2025 (Order# ****** total order for $48.98) which they sent the package. Due to their sizing system, the size was not as expected and I returned the package per their policy. As of today 7/29 we're yet to receive our refund per their policy. We have been in contact with customer rep Julia Lopes via email who has refused to provide a management contact or a valid phone number for us call them. The phone number listed at their web site which is +1 215 666 0549 seems to be disconnected..

They no longer answer our email attempts sent to [email protected] or [email protected].
