I attempted to purchase products from a company named Boston Scally through a Facebook ad. The product was highly discounted with a timer should’ve been my first clue of a scam. Money was removed from my bank account under a different name.

The FaceBook advertisement for Boston Scally was for a new years sale pricing hats at $4.99 down from $59.99. I should have know if its to good to be true that it is. The real company is a domestic organization and I should have clued in on the shipment coming from China. I ordered 4 hats that never came even when the tracker said delivered. The tracking that they sent me was never connected to an actual currier either. I contacted their "customer service" and was assured that a complete second shipment would be sent, which never showed up when the tracking website once again said delivered. I just want to warn people to verify websites and links before ordering on social media.
