Ordered from a bootbarn clearance ad that turned out to be a scam

It was an ad for a bootbarn clearance sale with all bootbarn merchandise with really low prices.. I should have known better being it was a big Red Light . I order a few things that came to slightly over what was needed to make free shipping, costing me $41.92! I was excited because I was able to buy my Christmas gifts early and affordably. It took my credit card easily and said to watch my email for a conformation number and a tracking shipment number, I never received any email with such information ...I got all my purchase information on my credit card statement and then I looked it up online. I saw the warnings of it being a scam and got right on to reporting it.

Order from bootbarn never arrived despite tracking numbers

Saw a ad on Facebook early Dec 24 on bootbarn big sale I ordered several packages amounted to around $55, a total of $55.00 lost. They gave me a tracking company based out of China I followed it for weeks only to be told it had been delivered but it wasn't I checked all postal business as but none from USA where used at all so once it arrived state side tracking was limited I checked UPS, DHL, USPS without any info on tracking number.. I reached out to the company email at [email protected] and they wanted to give me a 20% discount on a reorder I refused they agreed to resend my order gave me another tracking number I followed and got same results.
