Ordered a pair of women’s water resistant pants around the 1st of November. After 2 weeks, emailed customer service (Allen Smith) to ask about location of my item. He provided me with a tracking number that works for a company called 17 track. The tracking number using this company showed it was sent and had been sitting in a city a couple of hours away for several weeks. The item was apparently shipped from China. They tracking number says that when it came to the US it was sent through usps. According to their site this item is still waiting to be shipped in Arizona since November 3rd. When I emailed again they (Allen Smith) told me the item had been delivered. Neither shipped company shows delivered, usps says it’s still awaiting shipped and Track 17 says status unknown last known address in California. I sent an email showing pictures of both tracking reports and have not had a response back. Just want the item I paid for. It’s been over a month. Would really like the pants but a refund would be fine at this point.
