I ordered automatic ratchet straps through an ad on instagram. It took 3 months and 2 emails to receive my order. It came from China. When I opened the package, they are just regular ratchet straps. I emailed company and they said they no longer offer automatic buttons on their straps and told me if I wanted a refund I had to pay out of pocket to send the product back to their warehouse in China. After pressing them, they offered me a small refund. However, I feel as though that isn’t enough. Regular ratchet straps are not as expensive as automatic ones and the price difference with the refund doesn’t offset that difference. I think they are scammers. I cannot find an ad for them on instagram any more. I never received an order email from them or any tracking information until I pressed them.
