BOIRegistration.com does not offer any services. They are pretending to be the governmental website which is BOIREGISTRATION.GOV

It is very easy to select the .COM vs .GOV to register one's business information.

I did a quick Google search and found out that there shouldn't be any charge to submit the business owners information. However, since this website is the same as the actual government site, they have found a way to make money pretending to "offer" a service.

It was widely advertised the all businesses, including LLCs, needed to report to the Fed Govt the identity inlcuding LLC reporting #s to the government before the first othe year. This website came up in my search and it linked right to the Govt site and I filled in the info. Then they asked for payment. I did not realize until talking to my acocountant that there was no charge for this reporting.

The website poses as a filing agency for LLCs to register their business with FinCEN. Filing is free through the government website.
