This website (https://boirfileservice.com/) is carefully crafted to look like an official government website for filing a form that is required of many businesses. That form can be filed for free on the REAL website (https://www.fincen.gov/boi).

Down at the bottom, in fine print, the boirfileservice.com website does have some text that identifies it as a "filing service," but the design is so deceptive that it's easy to think it's real, and that you have to pay $349 to file the form.

The Submit Your BOIR fronts as a site for FINCEN and takes all your information like it is a government form. And falsely now reports that it costs to 'Report'. And even incorrectly said it is required but has not been updated for the change. The government never charged for this, but it was not clear there was payment until the very end, at which point they had our data.
