Upon reviewing the applicable website for BlueRippleAquatics.com, which appears detailed and specific to the industry, made an online purchase of tropical fish. Received acknowledgement of order with email receipt from [email protected]. After multiple requests for status update with responses stating order is being processed and will be shipped soon, a month later and have not received the ordered items (and no shipping notice issued). Subsequently requested a purchase order refund for the $115 I paid, but no refund received. Of note, received responses to my earlier requests for order status updates and they responded always advising me that the order would be filled and even apologetic for the delay - evidently a stall tactic to string me along. But no reply to request for refund, just air silence.

I ordered from BlueRippleAquatics.com in early February and they gave me multiple excuses over the course of over a month as to why the order didn’t ship. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund, but never did. I filed a dispute with PayPal and got my $184.11 back that way.
