Blossomflowers web site comes up when you google flowers Maple Ridge. Though out the web site there is no indication that it is an American company. From Victoria I ordered flowers for delivery off their web site. They were about $80 plus delivery. The flowers were delivered in a reasonable time and were in good shape. The problem is that I was charged about $40 exchange. The flowers were from Canada, they were ordered in Canada and they were delivered in Canada. RBC, my credit card says I'm out of luck which I apparently must accept but it is not right and I'm sure that lots of other people are caught in the scam. Is there anything that can be done.
