I was on a website called Bloom chic not knowing that it was a fake website I put in all my information from my credit card and I got charged $88.72 but it wasn't Bloomchic I contacted them and they said I was scammed the website is Vsleek captivitycom

I saw the add on Facebook for sale on clothing that was very cheap but I had Lao seen tik toks of people that have did that the clothing is real and legit so I decided to try. Scammer sent me n Email confirmation with tracking number which I tracked for a month where if finally sid it was delivered but nothing ever came. This was the tracker # given: JFGJ171385206CN never given courier service or anything.

I clicked on an ad for Bloom Chic and ordered clothing. Money was taken out of my acct and that’s when I realized it wasn’t Bloom Chic. It was FLOORRYOUTCLOTHINGSHOP. Needless to say, I never received my items.

I have shopped on Bloomchic many times. I got an ad for what I thought was them, but it was a replica site (dataitious.com) that boasted a major sale. Once I made the purchase, I got the email (from [email protected]) with my order # and I knew I was in trouble because the order # looked nothing like my previous order numbers. I lost $42.00. I went back to the site and realized it was a knock off of Bloomchic and I began researching. Apparently, this is what these guys do. UGH

I have purchased items from Bloomchic and been very happy. An ad came across my Facebook feed with deeply discounted prices for Bloomchic items so I placed an order. I should have known this was suspicious when it seemed too good to be true, because it was. It took over a month for the alleged pack to be shipped - I received a delivery notice but no package was delivered. Thankfully I am not out a large sum of money but I have learned my lesson - double check to make sure you are ordering form the company listed and NEVER order anything off Facebook.

I purchased a large quantity of items from BloomChic. 2 of which I needed to return. Their website indicates:

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

STEP 1: Contact BloomChic customer service team.

Tell them which item(s) you want to return and why you want to return(wrong size, don't like it, or don't need anymore, etc)

STEP 2: Follow instructions from our team.

I have been contacting BloomChic customer service team for 2 weeks and haven't received a response. I want to send these items back and I want my money back.
