I ordered a shirt from Facebook. It appeared to be cotton on the ad. They advertised "easy" returns. It arrived from China. It was 100% polyester, different colors and just horrible.

I emailed to return it and they offered me a 10% refund and to keep the item. I resisted and then they offered me 20% and a future credit on the site. Now I am waiting to get an address to mail my shirt back to China.

They advertise a NY address and phone number. No one ever answers the phone with no option to leave a voice mail. I have little hope of getting any refund but I am planning on sending the shirt back to China at my own expense.
