I order on 3/10/25 it was a total of 180.00 the warranty was guaranteed money back no questions asked. I emailed them they told me to send the the product back which I had to pay the shipping back to them. And once they received it that they would refund my 180.00. I sent them the product back on 3/21/25 they received it on 3/24/25 per the tracking number they still haven't sent my refund of 180.00. So I emailed them they ignored me a few times then they finally emailed me back asking me for the tracking number again on 4/10/25 saying that they were going to send me my refund of 180.00. I still haven't got my refund and now they are ignoring my emails again. I seen the advertisement on Facebook on 3/10/25 when I made the purchase. Todays date is now 4/23/25. Thanks!
