Unauthorized reseller sells LYMA Laser products at biwequipment.com

Reported by the brand owner, LYMA. The website biwequipment.com, trading as "BIW ONE STOP STORE", sells the LYMA Laser at $1,380 (claimed was-price $2,695) and the LYMA Laser PRO at $3,499. The product pages claim "Authorized Dealer", "100% genuine equipment" and a "2-Year Manufacturer Warranty". BIW is not an authorised LYMA reseller. LYMA does not supply this business, so buyers have no assurance the product is genuine or will be delivered. The site lists an address at 3525 W Peterson Ave, Chicago, IL and phone numbers (312) 788-8049 and (312) 313-5142, and accepts ACH/wire transfer. The domain was registered in December 2025. Two other sites with Illinois addresses sell the LYMA Laser PRO the same way and are also not authorised: royceequipment.net (Royce Equipment, Des Plaines, IL) and simbaequipment.net (Simba Equipment, Chicago, IL). Buy LYMA products only from lyma.life or an authorised stockist.
