This company, Bioma or Bioma Health, targets people with ads during online gaming. Bioma (company code: 306630090) has an address of B. Sruogos g. 12-36, Birstonas Lithuania, LT 59209. They also have two other companies. UAB "Kilo grupe" (company code: 303157579) with an address of Antakalino str.17, LT-10313 Vilinius, Lithuania. Also, Karma Processing Inc (company code: 7138602) In their terms and conditions, they state in 5.3 a third party will process payment. However, this third party is one of their other companies. It also states that none of the sensitive date in relation to payment will be stored on or used by the Company. Paragraph 5.6 states transfers are handled and transacted through third party (really their other company) and that card information is not stored. Paragraph 5.7 refers to the payment being processed through the other companies. (these other companies are shown in paragraph 1 of their terms and conditions to be their other companies.) Paragraph 6.3 refers to renewals and states the company will take payment from the payment method associated with the service in the client's account. How can they do this when no information is stored as per paragraphs 5.3 and 5.6. Paragraph 6.6 deals with cancelling a subscription. THIS IS THE SCAM PART that they don't tell you about in the advertising. If you subscribed to a "deal" with a reduced price and you cancel, "THEN THE COMPANY WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE THE PRICE DIFFERENCE." How can they do this when they do not store sensitive information or card information. I am so glad that I took the time to actually read the terms and conditions. The other part of their SCAM is they advertise one "Limited time" pricing, but you cannot get it when you order. The ads I see are for 60% off. That is what started my search, because I was trying to order with the 60% off special. They offered it for Mother's Day and Easter, as well as a "holiday special". I've been told that it takes time to get the ads to stop running after the sale. OMG, Easter was in April and it is the end of May and they are still running the Easter ad. Please stop this company and their counter parts. Thank you!
