The Bioma website is tricky and entices a person to order their product guaranteeing the product works or is refundable. It will have boxes defaulted to a subscription so I made sure to uncheck them to order the product, but they still sent me another box 6 months later and charged my account again. I was able to easily cancel the subscription but they refused to accept the unopened shipment box back claiming that I was given a "deal" price and that price was good only if I subscribed. They are not nice to work with and they don't provide a telephone number to discuss personally. Beware.

They automatically enrolled me in 3 subscription programs for medicines costing $300 each and it took me 9 months to figure out why I kept receiving these supplements by mail. The prey on elderly people who don't understand what is happening and don't provide any packing slip or information inside the packages so that we can't call them to find out what is going on. I had to have my daughter help me track them down and cancel the subscriptions.

I purchased Bioma Night Metabolism & Sleep thru Facebook. I then also received the same supplement thru Bioma Health. I have tried many times (9) to contact support to be sure they do not send anymore capsules and cancel any subscriptions. They do not respond.
