I ordered 3 packs of Biodegradable Grass Seed Mat for $37. I received a package with 3 ziplock bags, each had a bit of green very stiff fabric in it, folded. See the pictures attached. There was no instructions or any label at all. I am attaching the pictures from my purchase as well to understand the difference. The fabric is not even gets wet, it is almost water resistant and has no layers, seeds or fertilizer in it.
