Bill Cooper from PCH stating won 8.5 million dollars and receiving a $5000 month bonus for life. In order to claim they wanted $500 but I didnt have that, so in order to claim the money I would have to pay something. They said that I had to pay something so the Better Business Bureau can be made aware to cover taxes. They also I would receive a 2026 Mercedes Benz that is on its way. Bill Cooper then put Roger Montgomery his supervisor on the line to confirm this, his number 254-230-3842. Sent pictures of themselves to my phone to make it look more legitimate.
